NEW PATIENT

During your initial appointment, the doctor will start with a consultation to understand your concerns, relevant health history, and create a targeted treatment plan right for you! Following the consultation, the doctor will conduct an examination, and begin treatment.

We are by appointment only, and please expect your first visit to range from 60-75 minutes (follow up visits take about 45-60 minutes).

Please wear loose and comfortable clothing, and eat a light meal before your appointment. Most patients fall asleep and feel relaxed during treatment.

After the treatment, please drink plenty of water and stay comfortable.

Most PPO insurance policies cover chiropractic and acupuncture care.
Rates and payments vary depending on the policy and insurance provider.

Patients are responsible for any deductible, co-insurance, and copayment
that comes with the insurance policy. Claims will be submitted to your insurance and balances will be determined after received the Explanation of Benefit (EOB) from the insurance company. 

Please complete the insurance verification form prior to the first appointment and allow one business day to process your request. Once complete, our staff will contact you by phone.

For patients who have little or no chiropractic or acupuncture insurance coverage, or high deductible plan, flexible payment programs can be arranged. We accept HSA or FSA. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic and/or acupuncture treatment are extremely cost-effective and affordable.
